HOW MUCH DOES LOCKED INSIDE COST?

Our experience cost $29 per person. A minimum of 2 people must be scheduled unless there is a special promotion. Call us at (321) 802-8886 to learn more.

HOW MANY PLAYERS CAN PARTICIPATE?

The rooms at Locked Inside are designed to accommodate a maximum of 8 players and a minimum of 2 players.

WILL OUR GROUP EXPERIENCE THE ROOMS PRIVATELY OR WILL WE BE GROUPED WITH OTHERS?

Our experiences are public and open to groups pairing with others unless you specifically select the option to make your experience a private upgrade. That option is presented to you in the checkout process. You will have to pay a small fee, but it will ensure that your group stays private and that others will not be permitted to enter into the room with you.

Private Experience Upgrade Fee:

This value is a single, one-time fee added to your total. It is a sliding scale based on the number of players in your group.

  • 2 Players = $24 upgrade fee
  • 3 Players = $20 upgrade fee
  • 4 Players = $16 upgrade fee
  • 5 Players = $12 upgrade fee
  • 6 Players = $8 upgrade fee
  • 7 Players =$4 upgrade fee
  • 8 players = $0 fee because 8 players automatically fills the room and gives you a private experience.

WHAT AGE RANGE IS LOCKED INSIDE DESIGNED FOR?

The puzzles at Locked Inside are designed for ages 10 to adult. While people of all ages may enjoy the Locked Inside experience, players younger than 10 may find the puzzles difficult. Players under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

WILL I NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER?

Yes. Waivers are signed in-house the day of your escape room event. If you need a waiver before the day of your event it can be emailed to you by request. Minors must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.

HOW LONG DOES EACH EXPERIENCE TAKE?

Depending on the experience, you will have a maximum of 60 or 90 minutes to escape, but sleuth players who navigate the puzzles and clues quickly may complete the expereince before time runs out.

DO YOU ACCOMMODATE CORPORATE EVENTS AND PRIVATE PARTIES?

CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES?

No outside food or beverage please.

DOES LOCKED INSIDE SERVE FOOD OR BEVERAGES?

We do not serve food or beverages. However, should you plan a corporate event or private party with us, we are happy to coordinate catering for you.

HOW DO I RESERVE AN EXPERIENCE FOR MY GROUP?

You can pay for your experience using our online system.

DO I HAVE TO SCHEDULE A PRIVATE EXPERIENCE?

***SOME PLAYER AGES REQUIRE A PRIVATE EXPERIENCE TO PARTICIPATE***

If your group will not include players under the age of 18 years old, then you are not required to make your experience a private upgrade and you can elect not to pay the private upgrade fee in exchange for leaving the spots open for other guests to participate with you.

PLAYERS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD — if the majority of the group (more than half of the group) playing is under 18, you will have to make your experience a private experience for a small upgrade fee. The only exception is birthday parties made up of players under the age of 18 where we will upgrade your party to a private experience for free, call us at 321-802-8886 for details.

PLAYERS UNDER 9 YEARS OLD — If you want to include players under the age of 9, you must make the experience private for a small upgrade fee.

WHAT IS LOCKED INSIDE?

Locked Inside is Beachside’s best room escape experience offering a truly heart-pumping, fun and challenging escape! Our live-action experiences can be played with friends, co-workers or strangers, and as a team your group will have 60 minutes to solve clues and puzzles in order to escape. Test your wits and see if you can beat the clock!

DO I NEED TO SCHEDULE MY EXPERIENCE AHEAD OF TIME?

Yes. Occasionally we have room for walk-in groups, but more often than not we do not have the availability. Please reserve your spot through our online system.

HOW EARLY SHOULD OUR GROUP ARRIVE?

Please make sure that all members in your group arrive at least 15 minutes before your experience begins so we can go over the rules, how to participate and answer any questions you may have.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE?

In order to maintain the integrity of our live-action experiences, we cannot allow players to enter the room after it has been locked. Please leave ample time for traffic, parking and instructions. There are no refunds or exchanges for participants who arrive after their scheduled time.

IS LOCKED INSIDE SCARY?

Escape rooms are not engineered to be scary, they are meant to be strategic and suspenseful! Our experiences are good for all ages. If at any time you feel the need to leave the room you may do so as the door we lead you in is unlocked the entire experience. There is always an unlocked door in the event of an emergency exit.

ARE THE EXPERIEINCES PHYSICALLY CHALLENGING?

No. The most strenuous activities include picking up small boxes, bending over and reaching for clues.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

There is no special dress code. You will not be getting dirty or too sweaty. If you really want to play the part, come dressed in theme! No open toed shoes or sandals allowed please.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Our experiences are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule your experience, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

CAN I CHOOSE A TIME THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE?

Yes. Please email lockedinsideescape@gmail.com or call (321) 802-8886 during regular business hours at least one day in advance to reserve your room. You must pay for a minimum of 8 players to schedule a specially requested time slot.

WHAT IF I HAVE CLAUSTROPHOBIA?

We get this question a lot and the answer is: our rooms are nothing to be afraid of. They are large and open and you always have an emergency exit that is not locked. We also have a mic and camera in each of our rooms so our team memebers can see and hear you. If you ever feel scared, you can let yourself right out or let us know and we can come in and assist you though this scenario has never happened before in our rooms. We have never had someone leave an experience early or alert us they were having a panic attack. People worried about claustrophobia can be shown the rooms ahead of time and they always agree they will be okay after they see them. We are very willing to help accommodate the experience to work with you until you feel the most comfortable. People who have claustrophobia that have played our rooms mentioned to us afterwards that the experiences are so engaging, they forget their phobia and focus on solving the puzzles and have a great time! They are always happy they played.

DO YOU REALLY GET LOCKED INSIDE THE ROOM?

For your safety and comfort, the door you enter to the room is always left unlocked and you can exit the room through it at any time. It doesn’t even have a lock on it! But, the door you enter is not the door you escape from. You must find your escape, that’s part of the fun!
